our story

our name is a plural.

there’s pasta — the thing everyone makes. then there are pastas: ours, one bowl at a time, each to a written spec. the whole operation does exactly one thing, and this is it.

the wordmark says it the way we say everything: lowercase, soft, certain. the letters sit fat and round because that is what good dough looks like when it has rested and is ready — no sharp corners anywhere in the word, because there are none in the food. and the word ends in the one colour it is ever allowed: the final s in rosé, the colour of the sauce this city actually orders. six letters; one warm. our sign-off, written into our own name — till the last twirl. the last letter is the last twirl, in sauce.

beside the word lives the roll: one strand, drawn thick to thin, coiled the way fresh pasta rests before it is cooked. that is the whole brand — a word that ends in sauce, a strand that ends in a curl, and a kitchen that ends every bowl the same way: properly.

how we work

we make. we sauce. we ride.

we make things properly.

four mother sauces and a finishing-oil system, each to a written spec. the beef ragù is a six-hour batch — when it ends, it ends. the recipe cards specify ratios and rest times, not just quantities, because craft is mostly the boring parts done stubbornly.

we feed people we like.

every signature bowl comes with a heel of warm house focaccia and one printed rule: scarpetta — the sauce never comes back; the bowl goes back clean. portions are printed, allergens are tracked per ingredient, and a dry bowl is a free bowl. that’s the guarantee, not a slogan.

we deliver like we cook.

every dish rode a motorbike for forty minutes in its real packaging before it earned a place on the delivery menu. robust bowls travel pre-sauced; the fragile ones ship as a pour kit — kholo. dalo. twirl karo. what can’t survive the ride stays dine-in, and the menu says so.

what we stand on

four things we don’t bend on

sauced to a written spec

every sauce has a spec — the sauce-to-pasta ratio is published, portion weights are printed on the menu, and the plating is weighed, not guessed. if a bowl still lands dry, it's free. no interrogation.

four shapes, on purpose

rigatoni, fettuccine, spaghetti, lasagna sheets — with pappardelle cut from the same sheets. every menu line names its shape and says why. a short bench means every shape is cooked and calibrated daily; no fifth shape without retiring one.

100% halal ingredients, always

and no alcohol anywhere. the ragù finds its depth in a grape-juice and vinegar reduction, hard-caramelised tomato and beef-bone stock — built, not poured.

honest numbers

estimated nutrition is computed from each dish's actual recipe and labelled estimated. sample content is labelled sample. reviews are real or they're absent.

where we cook

one kitchen. phase 4.

we cook in bahria town phase 4, rawalpindi — a glass-fronted pasta line you walk past on the way in, a pickup shelf you can see from the street, seating if you’re staying. delivery rides out across phases 1 to 8. one kitchen means one standard, watched all day.

the refusals

things we won’t do, at any price

  • no wine, anywhere. 100% halal ingredients, always, is a floor, not a footnote. depth gets built — grape-juice and vinegar reduction, caramelised tomato, bone stock — never poured from a bottle.

  • no food colour in the tikka. the tikka rosé's thigh comes off real charcoal, un-dyed. if a dish needs paint to look like itself, it isn't ready.

  • no dish we can't deliver at spec. everything on the delivery menu passed the forty-minute ride test in its final packaging. some things don't travel — those stay dine-in, and we say exactly that.

  • no invented numbers. estimated means estimated. sample means sample. there is no figure on this site we couldn't show the working for.

our invitation

that’s the whole story. six soft letters, one kitchen in phase 4, four mother sauces — and a standing rule about dry bowls.
