straight talk first: this is a pasta kitchen. gluten, dairy and egg are the fabric of the place — in the doughs, the sauces, the focaccia, on the benches and in the same pans, handled by the same hands all day. tree nuts and shellfish are here too: prawns meet the same grill, and they are always named on the menu. we clean rigorously and track allergens per ingredient — but cross-contact can never be fully excluded, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
how to order safely
tell us in your order notes
name the allergy in the notes at checkout, every order — even if you’ve told us before. the note prints on the kitchen ticket, and the cook saucing your bowl reads it before touching a pan.
